We are sorry to hear that your collection has not taken place as arranged.
These are usually assigned to drivers by your local depot depending on the amount of space they have on their Van, and rarely, during busy periods this can mean there are no drivers available to make collections.
We understand that this is frustrating, particularly when you are staying at home to wait for a collection.
As such, we would recommend contacting us via the contact form to rearrange the collection – we can often book drop-off services for smaller items, so we can send you a label and you can drop your return off at a local shop instead of waiting for a collection.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to create another return via our returns portal, we can use the existing return that has been created previously.
