My item has cosmetic issues/imperfections?

We are very sorry about this issue, the nature of shipping large quantities of often musical equipment can occasionally mean that some minor imperfections or damage can occur.

If the damage is of a cosmetic nature, we can arrange a return for refund/replacement/exchange or we may be able to offer you a partial refund if you'd prefer to keep the item.
