How should I package my return?

Modified on Mon, 18 Nov at 4:50 PM

Please keep hold of all the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the goods, as a deduction from your refund will be made equal to the loss in retail value of the goods without the original packaging if you wish to return items within 30 days from delivery without this.

If you do not have all the original outer packaging material but wish to return goods within the money-back guarantee period, all items must be placed in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate packaging material to stop the items from moving around and to protect them from scratches and damage.

Packaging Guide

If shipping an item that contains liquid (Smoke/Haze machines for example), please ensure that this is removed, and the unit has been drained prior to shipping to prevent fluid damage during transit.

Gear4music cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and any item that reaches us in a damaged state due to inadequate packing may be returned to you and your warranty voided, or your refund amount may be reduced.
