I have only received one of my boxes, but the tracking says my order has been delivered?

We are sorry to hear that your order has been partially delivered. 

Multi-package deliveries can sometimes be split up in transit due to the package dimensions, and this can occasionally lead to the packages being delivered by different drivers, sometimes on different days.

If your package has been partially delivered, we would expect the remaining items to be delivered the following day, however, if your delivery window passes and you have not received all parts of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
