As we ship internationally, we stock items for use in a variety of different countries, and sometimes these do not include adaptors. 
 
So that we can resolve this as quickly as possible, please raise a support ticket, and provide photos of both ends of the power cable you have received, so that we can find a suitable alternative. 
 
If this is not possible, or the item has a hard-wired power cable, we will contact you to arrange a return for the item or provide an alternate resolution.
