While your order has left our warehouse, it may not have been scanned into the courier's system yet - this often won't happen until the package reaches its first checkpoint.
As such, it can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking to update on the courier's website.
If the tracking has not been updated after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
