Can I use my trade-in credit to order over the phone/in-store?

At present, you can only use trade-in credit online, we are not able to use this credit against purchases made in-store or over the phone.

When your trade-in (for credit) is accepted, we will email you to notify you, and you will then be able to use the trade-in credit in the Gear4music checkout.
