We are not currently able to process trade-ins in our showroom, these must be started using the trade-in portal on our website:
If you have started your trade-in online and opted to send the item yourself, you can drop this off at our showroom, however, this will need to be sent to our returns department to be processed before the credit can be applied to your account, and will not be processed the same day.
Please Note: We are unable to process purchases in our showroom using trade-in credit - this can only be used on orders placed online via our website.
