What happens if my trade-in item is damaged in transit?

Modified on Fri, 21 Jun at 3:47 PM

When shipping items to Gear4music to trade in, we recommend that customers take photos of the instrument prior to sending, to document the quality of the Trade-In (including packaging photos).

These can then be used to pursue claims with the courier should anything arrive to us damaged.

PLEASE NOTE: Gear4music cannot accept liability for any items that are damaged in transit if you opt to organise the delivery yourself.
