If an item arrives with us in any condition other than that specified when the trade-in was created online, this may result in a reduction in your trade-in value or your trade-in may be rejected entirely. 
 
In these situations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise further. 
 
If you do not accept the revised trade-in offer, or your trade-in has been rejected, we will need to collect payment for the initial collection and redelivery charges before the item is returned.
