Broken cymbals are repaired/replaced at the supplier's discretion.


As such, we require photos showing the damage, as well as a description of how the damage occurred before we can arrange a collection for the item.


Once we receive this information, it is forwarded to the supplier, who will advise whether the damage is covered under warranty or not.


As soon as we receive a response from the supplier, we will contact you via email to arrange a collection if required.


Please be aware that in some circumstances the supplier may request that the cymbal be returned to them for inspection before they confirm if the damage is covered under warranty.
