If you need to amend your delivery information or provide further delivery instructions to the courier, we recommend contacting the courier directly to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

For all other couriers, we would recommend contacting us via the contact form so we can raise the issue with the courier on your behalf. Our customer service team will then update you as soon as possible. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If the courier has exceeded the expected delivery dates provided in your order confirmation email, you may be entitled to a delivery refund. Please request this via the contact form.
