When shipping items to Gear4music to trade in, we recommend that customers take photos of the instrument prior to sending, to document the quality of the Trade-In (including packaging photos).
These can then be used to pursue claims with the courier should anything arrive to us damaged.
PLEASE NOTE: Gear4music only offer up to £100 insurance on each trade-in shipment, and as such we encourage customers to take out adequate insurance for transport with a courier to protect items over this value.
