For orders which have been downloaded such as software and plugins, we can only accept returns for unwanted software provided this is requested within 14 days of purchase AND the supplied license code has not been redeemed.  

 

If you are having issues redeeming software, we recommend contacting the supplier/developer directly as they can often resolve these issues, however, you can also raise a support ticket with us, and we will do our best to help! 

 

Where physical items have been supplied with a licence key, if you wish to cancel an order in line with your statutory rights or under our Money-back guarantee, the supplied licence key must not have been used to activate the software or may need to be de-registered by the supplier before we can process your return.
