We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your guitar.
If you have connected your guitar/bass to your amplifier, but are hearing no sound, please check your instrument for a battery compartment – these are often found on the back of the guitar/bass or near the output jack or preamp on acoustic guitars.
If your guitar has a battery compartment and is new, it is likely that your battery is wrapped in plastic and is not connected to the guitar’s preamp. If you have had the guitar for a while, it may be that your battery has gone flat, and needs replacing.
You may also wish to check your cable – sometimes cables can become frayed internally which can cause connection issues. You can troubleshoot this by connecting the guitar/bass to your amplifier with another cable.
If none of the above rectifies the issue, please send us a video demonstrating the issue via the contact form and we will attempt to troubleshoot this for you and arrange a return if required.
