We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your Laser.
Some units require both a key and a connector plug called an interlock to be connected to function for safety reasons.
These will have been supplied with the unit.
Please also ensure you have removed any lens caps that may be covering the lens on your laser.
IMPORTANT: Never look directly into the laser to check that it is working.
If you need to confirm the laser is functioning correctly always point the unit towards a wall away from any people/pets to avoid causing harm.
