We are sorry to hear you are having trouble locating the power supply for your keyboard.
These are usually tucked inside the polystyrene packaging, so they do not move around and damage the keyboard during shipping.
Please make sure you check all packaging material before disposing of this to avoid accidentally throwing your power supply away!
