We are sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged.  

 

While we do package orders as thoroughly as possible and conduct regular QC checks in our warehouse, unfortunately, items can still sustain damage in transit if mishandled. 

 

So that we can assist further, please raise a support ticket here, and provide photos of the damage, as well as the packaging and shipping labels – this is required so that we can investigate with the courier. 


If the damage is cosmetic, we may be able to offer a partial refund, if you would prefer to keep the item rather than return it to us.
